Responsible for aiding and supporting the Plant Manager in overseeing daily operations of a manufacturing plant, production efficiency, and ensuring quality control while maintaining safety standards. Assistant Plant Manager will also help with staff supervision and promote a positive, productive work environment. 1. Manages direct reports and operation of all departments and guides Team Leaders in the performance of their duties. 2. Maintains a personal presence in the facility regularly to respond to personnel problems and verify the effectiveness of operational strategies. 3. Leads Lean Improvement projects and acts and the liaison between Lean Improvement personnel and their respective groups. 4.
