We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Recording Specialist to join our team and support post-closing operations. In this role, you will review executed real estate documents for accuracy, submit them to county recording offices, and help ensure recordings are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting operational workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts—while working 100% remotely with a collaborative team.
