Position Overview: The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of the CATS Academy Boston campus. This role leads the maintenance and custodial teams to ensure all academic, residential, and athletic facilities are preserved to the highest standards of safety and functionality. The Facilities Manager serves as a critical partner to school leadership in managing campus infrastructure, vendor relationships, and emergency physical plant responses.
