Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in executive communication and stakeholder management. - Experience delivering and scaling leadership development programs. Preferred qualifications: - 10 years managing large-scale, dynamic technical projects in the software engineering domain. - 10 years of experience in product or technical program management across complex organizations. - 5 years of experience leading and growing teams within technical program management or equivalent roles. - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
