About the Position: Under supervision of BIS leadership, Behavior Intervention Specialists ( BISs ) perform clinical duties relating to the assessment of habilitative, behavioral and psychiatric needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and develop and implement effective interventions to help support those needs across multiple programs within an assigned region.
