Job Description: Inland Empire Paper Company seeks an experienced individual to join our Mill Operations Supervisor team. This salaried position works closely with superintendents, other shift supervisors, operations and maintenance to oversee the daily and nightly operation of the mill. After initial mill operations orientation and training, will be assigned to a rotating shift crew. These are four 12 hour shifts of both days and nights with multiple days off between each rotation and does include working some weekends and holidays per the shift rotation schedule.
