Technology Applications Specialist Cooley is seeking an Applications Specialist to join the Technology team. Position summary: Cooley Technology embraces a culture of customer service excellence, and all members of the department are expected to move this agenda forward. To that end, the Technology Applications Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing legal technology platforms, including Microsoft Office, iManage, Litera Create, Metadact, Litera Compare, and comparable enterprise solutions by designing, configuring, and deploying systems that improve workflows and drive strong user adoption while maintaining the stability and reliability of legacy applications such as Forte and DocXtools. This role will clearly translate complex technical concepts into practical, actionable guidance for stakeholders at every level of the firm.
