About the Role: We are seeking a full-time Onsite Janitorial Maintenance Technician to support one of our communities in Stockton, CA. This role combines janitorial, maintenance, and HOA community upkeep responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and independent work. Schedule & Compensation: - Full-time - Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Minimal overtime - Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour, direct experience highly considered. - Company-Provided Cellphone Duties & Responsibilities: Clubhouse & Facilities: - Clean great room floors, hallways, kitchen, and appliances - Clean and maintain bathrooms (including mopping floors) - Refill paper towe...
