JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Leads and directs team responsible for Molina enterprise initiatives that drive and advance strategic, operational, and technology-enabled transformation across the organization. Partners with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, assess viability, implement, and execute scalable solutions that advance the organization’s strategy and improve performance. Translates strategic intent into actionable roadmaps, oversees execution governance, and ensures delivery of measurable business outcomes. Responsible for project intake, evaluation, discovery, implementation and value realization for enterprise-wide initiatives.
