Facilities Operations Technician - General

Job description

As a Facilities Operations Technician II – General , you will support and independently contribute to the reliability, safety, and lifecycle performance of mission-critical facility systems within hyperscale data centers. In this role, you will apply developing technical depth to maintain system reliability, perform troubleshooting, and support upgrades and operational improvements that protect uptime. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain critical facility systems across electrical, mechanical, cooling, controls, and supporting infrastructure. Perform troubleshooting activities, incident investigations, and root cause analysis for equipment or system issues. Support maintenance planning, upgrades, retrofits, and expansions, including participation in commissioning activities and operational acceptance processes. Partner with site operations teams to improve maintainability, safe execution of work, and documentation quality, including procedures, one-lines, drawings, logs, settings, and test plans.
