Tasks Functional Business Analyst-( HCM, Finance, Supplychain, Procurement and Payroll) Location: London: Duration of contract hiring : 3 Months extendable by another 6 Experience: 10+ Years About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Business Architect – Fusion to lead and drive business design across a large-scale transformation program. This role will be responsible for ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating models, and technology solutions, while enabling seamless delivery across multiple domains. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and business functions to shape transformation initiatives, define roadmaps, and ensure value-driven outcomes across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Business Architecture & Design: - Own end-to-end business design across the Fusion program including processes, capabilities, and organizational models - Ensure alignment across key domains such as HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Payroll - Act as the central point for business design governance and cross-functional consistency - Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices Operating Model & T...
