Driving Operational Excellence on the Shop Floor At GXO’s fast-growing logistics hub in Lelystad, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager who will play a key role in strengthening operational performance within a dynamic 3PL environment. This role combines hands-on operational leadership on the shop floor with responsibility for mid- and long-term Continuous Improvement initiatives. The primary focus is on stabilizing and improving day-to-day operational performance, ensuring standards are consistently applied and processes run efficiently. You will work closely with operational teams to reinforce standards, identify improvement opportunities and drive structured change. While the role contributes to the site’s CI strategy, the foundation lies in real operational impact and shop floor leadership. This position requires someone who is comfortable working directly in the operation while also contributing to the long-term maturity and efficiency of the site.
