Job Title Internal Communications Manager Location: Asda House Employment Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent Hours Per Week: 37.5 Salary: Competitive salary plus benefits: Category: Public Relations and Communications Closing Date: 19 May 2026 Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Communications Manager to lead, develop, and deliver engaging communication strategies that connect, inform, and inspire more than 130,000 colleagues across 1,100 Asda sites. This role will be pivotal in strengthening our internal narrative, enhancing our culture, and supporting effective communication across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a cohesive internal communications strategy aligned to our Formula for Growth turnaround plan. Manage and evolve our internal communications channels, ensuring messages are clear, timely, consistent, and accessible to all colleagues. Support with the development and optimisation of digital communication platforms , including Viva Engage (Yammer) . Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that help colleagues understand key initiatives, organisational changes, and strategic priorities. Partner with se...
