Job Description The Role: The Process Engineer candidate will play a key role in maintaining shop equipment and supporting production within the paint shop. This position requires a hands-on problem solver who can think quickly, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to quality enhancements to the process. Key responsibilities include overseeing the operation and optimization of robotic applications throughout the paint shop. The engineering candidate will also be responsible for identifying and resolving quality issues by conducting trials, analyzing results, and implementing solutions that enhance equipment efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This position requires the selected candidate to be able to work any shift and over-time.
