Overview Gilbane Development Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Bowling Green, KY. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all daily physical building-related activities. This team member will be directly responsible to implement and maintain the energy management, preventive maintenance, quality standards, operating objectives, and goals of the owner. These tasks must be performed in a manner that not only protects, but also maximizes the value of the property. Responsibilities: Maintenance and Operations: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Supervise vendors and subcontractors as needed. - Maintain preventive maintenance and overall schedules for all. - Responsible for instituting and managing maintenance and operational best practices for all buildings, grounds and operating systems. - Understand OSHA, other regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices to insure compliance with work and testing being performed by maintenance personnel, vendors and subcontractors. - Operate and manage all aspects of the Building Management Systems (HVAC, lighting control, security and life safety). - Manage usage and procurement to insure utility optimizati...
