We are looking for a talented Product Validation Engineering Technician to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Driving cross‑functional alignment by engaging with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other partners to clarify requirements and resolve questions early while working through projects. - Improving engineering throughput by processing work requests efficiently and ensuring teams receive complete, high‑quality results the first time. - Supporting continuous quality improvement by participating in quality projects and occasionally offering feedback on continuous improvement ideas. - Enhancing product reliability and performance by actively participating in all on-the-job trainings with co-workers and willingly taking on additional training opportunities with others. Education/Experience: High school diploma, certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience in an appropriate STEM field is required.
