Job Description: Location: Haguenau Segment: Mars Wrigley: Type of contract: Assignement until end of November 2026 The Ecommerce & Marketplace Key Account Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the Direct-to-Business (D2B), marketplaces, pureplay and ecommerce channels across Europe , including Amazon and key B2B professional customers. This role leads the end-to-end development of the B2B and marketplace ecosystem , including commercial strategy, innovation, partnerships, and P&L ownership. The associate is accountable for expanding the personalized M&M’S offering for corporate, promotional and retail partners , while unlocking digital growth through strong ecommerce fundamentals, perfect digital store execution, and strategic account management. Key KPIs include Net Sales Value (NSV), revenue growth, profitability, new client acquisition, repeat business growth, and marketplace performance.
