Lakeland University , an independent liberal arts institution located in Plymouth, Wisconsin wishes to hire for an open Graduate Assistant position on our Football team to start this Fall 2026. The Football GA will assist the Head Coach with promoting the football program, recruiting, organizing and running practices, competition coaching, fundraising, promotional activities, and other related assigned responsibilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: A successful candidate will be a positive role model to our student-athletes on and off the football field, exhibit strong leadership, and strive to develop those leadership capabilities within our student-athletes. Responsibilities also include: - Monitoring and assisting student-athletes with academic success - Effectively recruiting quality student-athletes - Assisting the head coach with any/all aspects of the program QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree and acceptance into the Lakeland University graduate school program are required. - Football experience and/or coaching experience is required. - Must have an acceptable driving record.
