Provides Systems Analysis and Enterprise application support in the areas of requirements gathering, system configuration, system implementation, maintenance/support of assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet the operational and technical needs of the organization.Experienced professional. Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Works independently with general supervision. Performs a range of moderately complex assignments; ability to do more complex work. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
