(MEPPI) is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer II to plan, direct and support activities to assess and provide for root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for Transportation Systems Division (TSD) quality problems. Implement and maintain quality assurance programs and lead efforts with internal audits. This position will report to the TSD Quality Assurance Section Manager and is an onsite position in Freedom, PA. What You’ll Do: - Participate in and/or lead supplier validation audits using product quality planning tools. - Collaborate with suppliers to investigate quality problems, identify root causes of problems, develop correction action plans and implement improvements. Verify corrective actions are implemented and maintained. - Serve as a quality assurance liaison to Japan.
