Job Summary: The Perioperative Nurse assesses the patient preoperatively; plans care during the surgical intervention, implements those nursing actions and evaluate the outcomes. This position is responsible for perioperative nursing, coverage of Central Sterile Supply on an as needed basis, and scheduled outpatient procedures requiring assistance by the physician.
