About the role: The National Sales Director, Therapy Awareness is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving regional and enterprise-level referral growth, therapy adoption, and market expansion aligned with Boston Scientific’s strategic priorities. This role provides strategic direction and operational leadership to Therapy Awareness Regional Managers (TAMs) and Therapy Awareness Representatives (TARs), ensuring scalable execution of patient pathway development, therapy education initiatives, and referral optimization.
