People Business Partners are strategic members of EnviroServe's People Team who embody our culture and core values and can support group teams. Deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical support and programs to the organization from educating Leaders on compensation practices, labor and Team Member relations, performance management, career development to advising on various management issues. The role supports and models the one-team people culture and our values of “Embrace Diverse Perspectives,” “Keep Everyone Safe,” “Live with Integrity,” and “Make it Happen.” Job Responsibilities: - Closely partner with business leaders to align on the People strategy. - Business Knowledge: Ensure depth of understanding of organizations supported, including key functions and processes. - Investigate Team Member issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution - Assist with the annual performance management and compensation process - Participate in Greenfield and Acquisition activities to ensure a smooth transition and positive team member Experience - Collaborate with VP, People to create and publish Team Member Engagement Surveys - Organizational Development: Support and work with...
