Overview: Horizon Farm Credit is seeking a Home & Land Loan Officer to join our Home & Land Lending team. This position reports to the Home & Land Lending Manager and may work in either the Chambersburg, PA, York, PA or Frederick, MD office location. This position will mainly service the Fulton, Franklin, and Adams counties in PA in addition to Frederick County in MD. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment. Our ideal candidate is a confident financial professional with strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for helping rural residents and part‑time farmers achieve their property ownership goals. In this role, you will deliver sound credit and financial solutions while developing new business and strengthening referral relationships within your territory.
