Job DetailsJob Location: St Andrews Country Club Property Association - Boca Raton, FL 33496Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 HourlyPosition Summary: Responsible for the reception area at The Spa and Salon. Warm greeting to all members/guests, answering phone calls, assisting members/guests with questions regarding spa services, scheduling of spa services, checking the member /guest into the computer system (Club Essentials), assisting member/guest to locker room, charging for services performed and overall cleanliness throughout spa. QualificationsEssential Responsibilities: Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer skills. Provide at all times courteous guest service to all members/guests. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be multi task oriented. Must be able to work well with others and as a team. Schedule appointments accurately. Must be able to handle the computer system and all point-of-sale handling procedures.
