Job Summary — The Hardware Preinstall Coordinator organizes and prepares project materials ahead of installation. They review job scopes, track hardware, coordinate schedules with internal teams and the warehouse, and ensure all materials are accurate, complete, and ready for delivery. Their goal is to prevent delays, minimize installation issues, and keep projects running smoothly. The Pre-Install Coordinator is responsible and accountable for: - Maintaining a safe, productive, and timely work environment for both self and team members. - Ability to supervise a team, ensuring adherence to company policies, assisting in scheduling, training staff and demonstrating CIH Core Values. - Coordination with CIH Service Manager, Sales Team, Project Managers and other departments as required to ensure the work is designed and completed properly in alignment with customer expectations. - Inspection of all specified hardware and is installed correctly, functions as designed, meets quality standards, and is ready for customer installation. - Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent and professional work environment.
