Description Job Description: Order Selector: Position Summary: The Order Selector is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment from the distribution center. This role ensures that products are pulled from the correct locations, in the correct quantities, and prepared according to company standards for accuracy, efficiency, and safety. Order Selectors play a critical role in meeting customer expectations by ensuring timely, complete, and damage-free order fulfillment. Opportunity for advancement in our strong and growing business. Key Responsibilities: - Order Picking - Accurately select products from designated pick locations using pick tickets, RF scanners, or ERP/WMS systems. - Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions before staging. - Build pallets or loads in a safe, stable, and organized manner to minimize product damage. - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment as required. - Order Staging & Preparation - Wrap, label, and stage completed orders in designated outbound lanes. - Coordinate with loaders and drivers to ensure timely order dispatch. - Follow proper loading sequence for multi-stop...
