Job Summary The Sr. Project Manager - Power Software & Controls is required to lead and oversee a team of project managers within the Software Development Department of our global engineering organization. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary software projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. The Sr. Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance specialists, product managers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, establish timelines, allocate resources, and manage risks. They serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
