Job description

Reports to: Operations Director Location: Madrid - Spain (scope includes Southern Europe) Coverage: Industrial sites (factories) and non-industrial environments (offices) Job Purpose: Lead and oversee the Health & Safety (H&S) strategy across all industrial and office operations in Iberia and Southern Europe, ensuring compliance with Spanish occupational risk prevention legislation and alignment with the Group’s global standards. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the local and regional H&S strategy , aligned with global guidelines. - Ensure legal compliance with Spanish Health & Safety regulations and coordinate adaptation for Southern Europe. - Manage the External Prevention Service (SPA) and maintain relationships with official bodies and Safety Committees. - Lead internal and external audits , certifications, and continuous improvement plans. - Coordinate risk assessments, inspections, and action plans for factories and offices. - Supervise critical work permits (hot work, working at heights, confined spaces, ATEX risk areas, etc.). - Promote a strong safety culture , developing training programs, campaigns, and communication initiatives. - Investigate accidents and i...
