Performs a wide range of duties to insure the safety and security of the Hospital and its patients, visitors, physicians, employees, and others, as well as the property of same, ensuring that all responsibilities are performed in strict accordance with Hospital and/or Departmental Policies at all times. Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provides Hospital wide security as outlined by and in adherence to Hospital/Departmental Policies and Procedures Assists in maintaining the safety of the hospital and its employees, patients, visitors, and others Ensures the safety and security of all Hospital grounds Directs vehicular traffic as needed on Hospital property in order to maintain a safe environment in accordance with Hospital and Departmental Policies at all times. Patrols all Hospital parking areas and grounds to ensure the safety and security of said areas at all times, in accordance with Departmental Policies and observed on Daily Reports.
