Company Description Job Description: Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and experienced Security Training Manager responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating all Security division training initiatives. Reporting directly to both Security Leadership and Learning and Development and partnering closely with HR and Operations, this role provides leadership, guidance, and operational support to training programs across unarmed Security teams. The position ensures alignment with corporate standards, fosters collaboration across shifts and functions, and champions initiatives that elevate employee performance, guest safety, and service excellence while supporting a culture of improvement and innovation and identifying root causes to drive continuous improvement and meaningful organizational results.
