Overview The Enterprise Applications Support Analyst provides dedicated technical expertise, administration, and operational support for a portfolio of mission-critical campus application platforms. Ensures the long-term stability, security, and integrity of systems that power the student, faculty, and staff experience. Serves as the primary technical and functional expert for their assigned systems, including meal plans, ID card systems, facilities scheduling, and financial aid databases. The position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. This is a full-time role with a hybrid weekly schedule (3 days in office required) following the initial training period. About The Department: Macalester College's Information Technology Services (ITS) department offers comprehensive services to support the campus community's technological needs. These services include project management, systems consulting, software implementation and maintenance, database management, and data reporting.
