Description JOB PURPOSE or JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full cycle recruiting activities for assigned roles across the organization. This position partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, identify qualified candidates, and deliver exceptional candidate experience. The specialist plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines and supporting organizational growth. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources Contributes to a positive working culture, builds strong relationships, and lives out the values of integrity, collaboration, and accountability.
