Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Supports division staff including sales executive, estimators, and project managers. - Receive and process contract documents. - Set up job budgets, job files, and accounting files. - Track all inbound material. - Complete warranty and close out documents. - Download plan pages and set up files for estimators and project managers. - Set up various meetings/events. - Other duties as assigned.
