Summary – Reporting to the Manufacturing Quality Manager and operating with minimal supervision, the Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting product and process requirements within a matrixed organization. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functional teams. The Quality Engineer is expected to be a self‑reliant, proactive contributor who demonstrates initiative, takes ownership of assigned responsibilities, and exercises sound judgment in making independent decisions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Competency – Assist in driving total Quality across all production. Ensure Business Management System requirements are met. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential to carry out this role. Must be self-motivated, committed, and complete work in a timely manner.
