Purpose of Job: The Route Supervisor will manage, train, and develop RSMs (Route Sales Manager) to service and aggressively expand sales on an assigned set of customers along all routes. Qualifications: - Manage, train and develop Route Sales Managers. - Collaborate with Market General Manager to set dollar and unit volume goals for RSMs and ensure the team is meeting the goals. - Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports for RSMs to utilize on routes. - Train all RSMs on policies and procedures including proper paperwork for opening and closing accounts. - Maintain knowledge of the operation’s overall financial results and how the RSM team is impacting the results. - Ensure RSMs are compliant with all DOT and...
