Job Description: Your main mission will be to: Partner with senior stakeholders to execute and localize the People strategy aligned with business objectives for the Italian market. Reporting into the Regional People Director, you will work directly with the General Manager and senior leaders of the country. As part of the leadership team of the business areas, you will be the main point of contact for senior leadership across the organization, providing both expert strategic thinking and leadership support.
