Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors ​ Manufacturing Supervisor / Production Leader: This position reports to the Manufacturing Team Manager and is responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the manufacturing process. This includes cost performance, schedule adherence, quality, process capability, manpower planning, maintenance integration, and product development initiatives. This role is critical to ensure efficient, value-added operations within the plant.
