Description PURPOSE: The Trade Compliance Coordinator helps ensure that our products, technology, and data move across borders in compliance with U.S. and international regulations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly ethical, and committed to supporting internal teams. No prior trade compliance experience is required. We will train the right person. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: · Support the day-to-day processes that keep shipments, documentation, and approvals compliant with applicable regulations. · Help review basic product and customer information to ensure accuracy before orders move forward. · Maintain orderly and complete electronic records (e.g., approvals, forms, internal communications). · Assist internal customers (operations, sales, engineering, supply chain, etc.) with questions and routing requests to the right compliance contact. · Follow step-by-step procedures for screening customers and destinations. · Escalate unusual or sensitive matters to the trade compliance manager or other trade compliance team members quickly and accurately. · Participate in team check-ins, training, and continuous-improvement activities.
