Job Title Service & Solutions Delivery Specialist (all genders) Job Description: As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the planning process you are responsible for creating plans for long-term maintenance (preventive) for installed medical products for DACH market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Your role: - Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations - Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers - Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements - Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests - Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers You're the right fit if: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Operations or equivalent - Fluent German - Fluent English -...
