We have an opportunity for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join their team of staff in the Pharmacy department. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. Duties of this role include: Provide expert clinical pharmacy input as part of the multidisciplinary team, conducting medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and therapeutic drug monitoring. Optimise medicines use through evidence-based interventions, ensuring the safe and effective management of long-term and acute conditions.
