Job Type Internship Description: Salary / Wage: 25.00 per hour Hours: 40 hrs. per week, overtime on an infrequent basis, typical hour 8:00am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch break Summary: Responsible for acting in accordance with the policies set forth in the current procedures and manuals. General duties and general assistance to the quality department Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following; others may be assigned: · Report any safety problems to management · Follow all environmental, health and safety policies · Keep work area clean and orderly · Manage one’s own time efficiently · Evaluate self-work to ensure compliance with work instructions and standards · Fill out purchase requisitions for supplies · Making tags and/or labels for Quality department · Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, add new materials to file records, and create new records as necessary · Operate office machines, such as scanners, voice mail systems, personal computers and machines used for tags · Maintain and update filing and databases, either manually and/or electronically including traceability, COFC’s, ISO audits, NMR’s, CAR’s and INT · Sort or classify informa...
