BioMed Realty is seeking a professional to assist the Property Manager in overseeing and coordinating all property management, maintenance, and construction activities across the company’s portfolio of life science and technology properties. This position offers a hybrid work model, which includes 4 days in office and 1 day remotely. Hybrid work may be modified based on the needs of the company. What You’ll Do: - Assists with overseeing and coordinating property management, maintenance, construction, and work order activities associated with commercial and laboratory tenants. - Provides direction and coordination for activities related to the operation and maintenance of laboratory, office, and manufacturing facilities and equipment. - Assists in preparing budgets, accruals, variance reporting, timelines, and operational plans to support property management objectives. - Maintains organized files, records, schedules, compliance documentation, and related property management data. - Supports regulatory and operational compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and company policies and procedures. - Participates in frequent communication and meetings with Property Managers, Fa...
