Locations - London, Bristol or Birmingham Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home About the role: As a Business Partnering and Commercial Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial business partnering support to senior Consumer leaders, managing the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of substantial OPEX across multiple functions. You will consolidate financial reporting and drive key programmes across the Consumer division while building strong relationships with directors and operational teams to ensure financial alignment with organizational strategy. What you’ll be doing: - Act as Finance Business Partner to Consumer CFO, People & Culture Director, General Counsel Director and Strategy Director, providing strategic financial guidance and support. - Manage budgeting, forecasting and monthly/quarterly management reporting of OPEX across Finance & Supply Chain, People & Culture, General Counsel and Strategy functions. - Consolidate reporting, forecasting and budgeting for Consumer SG&A (£1.5bn Opex, £0.8bn TLC and c17,000 TLR), ensuring accuracy and alignment across all areas. - Deliver clear and concise P&L updates to directors, hig...
