Department: Public Works Division: Public Works Administration & Engineering Pay Range: $110,302 - $154,419 Annually Midpoint: $132,350 Annually Starting salaries generally fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Each offer depends on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, internal pay equity, and available budget. Salary offers are negotiated individually based on these factors. SUMMARY OF POSITION: Lead impactful Public Works projects that shape the community. In this role, you’ll plan, organize, and coordinate complex administrative and engineering efforts, while overseeing operations, staff, and resources across a variety of projects and programs. Working under the guidance of the Public Works Director, you’ll also provide leadership to assigned personnel while driving projects forward from concept to completion.
