Set amongst 5,200 acres in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, the Mountain combines the legendary hospitality and luxury of Blackberry Farm with expansive opportunities for adventure, exploration, and connection — all in pursuit of a well-lived life. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality with a high attention to detail and an appreciation for great service. The Assistant Dining Room Manager is responsible for leading the dining team in their knowledge of Blackberry Mountain service while ensuring the success of dinner, private functions, bar service, and special events. The Assistant Dining Room Manager is expected to arrive at 2:00 p.m. daily unless the needs for the operations are earlier. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
