About the Role: Dandy is hiring an experienced Manufacturing Trainer to join our rapidly growing, hyper-growth startup as we launch our brand-new manufacturing site in Provo, UT. This role will also support training efforts at our established manufacturing site in Lehi, UT. The Training team owns the onboarding and upleveling of technicians across our production lines. In this role, you will be pivotal in facilitating and conducting on-the-job training for new and existing manufacturing techs, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of a fast-paced production environment.
