Lead and elevate JPMorganChase’s Metro New York real estate portfolio, driving operational excellence across owned and leased properties. Partner with senior stakeholders and top-tier vendors to unlock value, manage risk, and deliver measurable service outcomes. As an Assistant Regional Property Manager, on the Global Real Estate team, you will oversee third-party service provider teams in the day-to-day operation of Class ‘A’ commercial office properties in JPMorganChase’s Metro NY region, with a primary focus on Manhattan. You will develop relationships with the lines of business occupying this portfolio, and partner with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of best in class service, improved employee experience and operational excellence. Job Responsibilities: Oversee property operations to ensure best-in-class building performance, occupant experience, and service delivery. Direct vendor and service provider management, setting SLAs/KPIs, monitoring performance, and enforcing contract compliance.
