Description Job Title: Bakery Associate: Department: Bakery: FLSA: Non-Exempt: Summary/Objective: Ensure practices are being followed in support of the food safety program; maintain equipment; keep bakery area neat and orderly. Efficiently produce large quantities of bakery products each day. Primary production processes are panning up dough, shaping/scoring dough, proofing, and baking, topping, sheeting, frying of donuts, pastries, and breads. Primary packaging processes are panning up finished products by store category as well as packaging retail packs, boxes, printing labels, etc. Essential Functions: - Adheres to the company’s vision and mission - Build relationships, promote the living brand, and serve as a product/brand advocate - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Commitment to quality - Act with integrity, use sound judgment and ability to adapt - Possess a sense of urgency - Ensure that bakery areas are kept clean and organized - Maintains sanitation and food safety through regular inspections of equipment, supplies and proper food storage - Maintains proper rotation of products - Must be able to mix dough and batters, make icings and fillings, produce and keep b...
