The Service & Team: Following the successful promotion of the existing post holder, we are recruiting for a permanent, full-time Senior Practitioner: Autism within the Learning Disability and Autism Our Futures Team. This position provides an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker ready for their next challenge. The post holder will work collaboratively across the integrated care system to develop a Social Work Practitioner response within Adult Social Care in order to: This is a public/customer-facing role, where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.
